I don't think it's an issue with newsfox. But maybe you could help me troubleshoot. What would cause a BSOD when reading feeds? It only happens when there is a lot of stuff to update. Then it crashes and I have to ask it to recover. I tried to note what feed it crashed on but it crashes too quickly to notice what number it was trying to read.
It was working fine forever, then suddenly it was crashing.
Do you think it's something wrong with a live bookmark sending something malformed? Or maybe something with newsfox got corrupted somehow and I should disable, delete the newsfox folder and re-enable?
Thanks!
Not much idea. Things to try:
1) Start Task Manager and see how much memory is being used as it is crashing.
2) Make a new Firefox profile and then export an OPML file and import it in the new profile and see if it crashes there.
3) If it is something weird in one of the feeds, it will go away when the offending article is removed from the feed, not that that is much consolation.
