Intelligent Middle Clickums
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Oh wow.. I've been hoping to see an updated version of 'Smart Middle Click' for AGES, and here it is! Installed it, tested it out on 2 pages so far, seems to work great. I wish this was a standard feature of Firefox, so everyone could benefit without ever having to track down an extension and hope it remains updated. Now I want to find some other pages with javascript links just so I can use this extension!! Thanks so much!!
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.0.1).Session Manager

Firefox's built in "When Firefox starts.. load my windows and tabs from last time" option is rather lame, as it assumes users will *always* want to start up with the same behaviour.
A Firefox developer posting on Mozillazine once told me that (an option) to have per-session chance to restore tabs and/or windows would be "an incredibly annoying, invasive, stupid design decision" and that as such they "most definitely" would NOT be implementing such a thing.
Looking at the # of downloads of this extension (currently 1,297,440), I'd say a heck of a lot of people disagree.
Session Manager has always been great to have, but since v0.6.3 it's now even better as you can choose which tabs to open, or not open (which is great if one tab is crashing the browsing). Thanks!

Nice little game. Don't know about "addictive" (as rveejay says) -- it only took me 3 tries to get the maximum possible score of 64. But the challenge was fun while it lasted!
Sneak Peek
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I installed this just to try it out, thinking it might actually be more annoying than useful, but as the functionality is site(forum-page)-specific, I'm pretty happy the results - I'm keeping this extension!
Determining the correct regexp's to use for each of the inputs was a little challenging, but so in a future version, a bit of automation or regexp validation might be beneficial. For now, I used http://www.regular-expressions.info/javascriptexample.html and after a bit of trial and error got a working script. The ability to install scripts via text files(either local or online) is neat, now that it's working properly (v0.9.2)
Users creating scripts should remember that most forums have a 'forums-view' and a 'show new posts' view which use different .php files, and so the regexp should do an 'OR' check (using the pipe-symbol) on both files so that the Sneak Peak will activate on both. Also, when testing script that you're making, don't forget to refresh the forum page after installing the script as it seems to only take effect upon page load.
Sneak Peak is pretty basic, but it does exactly what I need it to. Thanks Einar!
