Provider for Google Calendar

It seems that the provider fails if you're using google for business (or possibly g-suite?) email addresses. I can get it to work with my @gmail.com address, but not with my @<business-name>.com (which is through google). It could be due to two-factor auth which is enabled, or something else.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.3).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
