Provider for Google Calendar

The new update of provider gave some problems on installation, it appears to have struggled to include items on google calendar that were regualr and not time limited. I experienced thunderbird completely lockign up and initially did not know what to do. Discovering safe-mode allowed me to uninstall and re-install Provider after having removed the 'eternal' items from google calendar. After this, all google calendars loaded quickly and I am very happy with the results.

Updating provider to 1.0.2 has locked up Mozilla and I cannot gain access not only to the google calendar but to the whole Mozilla package.
