Nice but with the release of version 4.0 it would be great if it was possible to move the extension icon to the Navigation Toolbar so that it was possible to hide and save the space taken by the "Addon-bar".
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6.4.1-signed.1-signed).Winestripe (classic 1.5 look for Firefox 2.0)
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Well I like the Firefox 2.0 default theme a lot but I also love 1.x theme. I'm not much into (heavy) theming being that I only use Firefox Default most of the time and sometimes I use Winestripe, Kempelton or even Qute. But I have to say that the only that doesn't make me want to go back to Default it's Winestripe.
Now the downside. I undestrand that this theme should mimic 1.5 look and feel however I think it woul be positive to have a search button next to the search box just like in 2.0 Default. (And I also would like to know how to force the theme to use the new tab style, from 2.0, instead of the old one, from 1.x, just for curiosity)
Another thing ... Your theme is way better than the one that the original author of Winstripe released for 2.0 on his blog. BTW I think that this theme should be name "Winstripe" and not "Winestripe"! Was it some kind of a typo or there was another reason?
Well for all this and looking forward to see this theme reach perfection I'll rate 9 ;)
