Version 14.1.4 will not restore mbox files that I only just created. Had to revert to version 14.1.2 to get it to import mbox files successfully. Verified on Windows 10 & Windows 11, with Thunderbird versions 115.5.2 and Thunderbird 115.10.1. Attempting to restore gives an error about being unable to create the folder.

I have a beta version that deals with one edge condition. Not sure if this is your problem.
