Color Text Compose Buttons
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Loves this add-on. An easy way to change text colors. I have needed something like this for a while. The other buttons are a plus.
The only request I would ask is the ability to toggle on/off ALL of the buttons, as I have no use for the math related ones, and some others are duplicative of ones I have by default. I know you can turn some on/off by groups but I rather select them individually.

Fantastic extension. The way Thunderbird forces one address per line is absurd. Why Thunderbird doesn't use this style of adding multiple addresses per line separated by comma is beyond me.
The only thing I didn't like about this extension is the phrase "enter one or multiple addresses..." that appears in the "TO" box in new messages. It goes away once you start typing in the box but I found the phrase an unnecessary aesthetic intrusion, as I prefer a cleaner, blank interface. So I edited the XPI file to remove the phrase. Now it is perfect.
Very well done!!
SmilieInserter Plus

Great add-on. Works perfectly. Thunderbird's default smilies are limited so it is nice to have the option of adding my own.
Message Notes Plus
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I've tried all of the message note extensions and this one I found to be the most useful to have a persistent note attached to a specific email.
However, there are a couple of improvements that would make this even better:
1) Create a toolbar button that one clicks to add a note to an email. Right now a user has to right-click somewhere on the body of an email to open up the context menu in order to add a note. A tool bar button would greatly improve accessibility and ease of use.
2) Provide an option to add a color background to the note message box -- something other than white so the note stands out more below to the email. I used Dom Inspector to find the code and Stylish to apply my changes to color the box yellow, like a post-it note. I also changed the text to bold, as it was more readable on a yellow background.
Other than those two issues (one of which I was able to resolve on my own) this is a great add-on. Thanks so much.
UPDATE: Ok, I see the button now. My button doesn't look at all like yours, which is why I overlooked it.
My button is just a tiny gray smudge with no wording (it's so small that it has no identifiable shape or form -- it literally looks like a smudge or spot.) I didn't realize that it was a button at all.
Perhaps it is the Nuvola theme I am using that is causing the problem; I'll see what I can do to fix that because, quite frankly, all the icons on my message bar are terrible and entirely too small.
Anyhoo, my gray smudge of a Note button works, so all is well. No more of having to add a note via the context menu. FIVE stars now!! Thanks.
UPDATE2: I didn't have the option "Icons and Text" selected for that toolbar. Now, I see the wording.

Nice theme but font color on tabs is much too faint (light) and difficult to see--at least with my colored tabs. Needs sharper dark lettering, like black, for easier reading. I like to clearly read all my tab titles at a glance, not just the focused one.
Regrettably, I uninstalled this theme. Change the font (or at least make it an option to change) and I will re-install quickly.

Pleasant theme. A nice alternative to gray themes that are usually too bland and black themes that are usually too dark.
The toolbar buttons are not to my liking. They aren't crisp and sharp like most. Some are difficult to discern and irritating to look at.
The scrollbar needs more of a color contrast to make it more identifiable.
I like this theme enough to give it a try for a while despite these issues.
CustomizeGoogle
Rated 3 out of 5 stars
I loved this extension when it worked. But thankfully I've found Grease Monkey scripts that replace most of the functions CustomizeGoogle used to do.
For those wanting an entire package of customization options, use the Google Fx script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/31950. It offers many of the same options to customize google.
If you only want the direct image links option, use this Grease Monkey script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/5288. It works perfectly. Much easier than hassling with editing the CustomizeGoogle javascript file.
ConfigDate

This extension is fine if you prefer seeing time displayed in a 24h format. I am not comfortable reading 24h time and wish there was an option to change to a 12h format. I uninstalled the extension to look for something more to my liking.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Nice program. But the frequent updates are enough to drive me to uninstall it, especially since Download Helper does the job just as well.
Enough already with the updates!! I've stop installing them. I am sick of being prompted every week to update, and then being diverted to FlashGot's website when I log back on. For some reason this process turns off my colored tabs until I reload new ones. Not to mention, I haven't noticed a change in the software since I initially installed it.
There is nothing that this program does that requires updating every week. Or even every month for that matter. This is not a security program that requires constant updating. It finds media links on a page and downloads them. Extensions rarely change.
If there isn't a critical or substantial update, I don't want to be bothered. Flashgot should find another way to direct people to its website or to remain on the top of the Recently Updated or Most Downloaded lists.
ReminderFox
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Exactly what I was looking for. ReminderFox is perfect.
I am not sure why all the other calendar add-ons use Google's calendar. Between its email and calendar services, Google will do anything to ensure you remain permanently signed into your account so it can monitor your internet searches. I can do without Google looking over my shoulder seeing what I am up to. I refuse to play their "invade privacy" game so I try to refrain from signing into my Google account as much as possible.
ReminderFox is a great option. Keeping track of my personal matters has never been easier using this reminder service.
Email This!
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Simply the best! Works perfectly with Thunderbird.
It never fails: I need my browser to do something; I check Firefox add-ons; and I find the exact add-on I need. That's how it was with Email This!
I am slowly weening myself off using AOL as my email service. One thing I like about AOL is the ability to insert a link directly into an email without cut/paste. Email This! does exactly this and more. I like that it also lets me insert text as well.
Speed Dial
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Great handy tool. Instead of scrolling through my long list of bookmarks to find my favorite site, one click on Speed Dial dials it up for me. I have 16 of my frequented sites stored Speed Dial is one of the plug-ins I will never browse without it ever again!
