TBDialOut requires that you accept the following End-User License Agreement before installation can proceed:
TBDialOut initiates telephone and VOIP calls. You understand that those calls may incur charges from your service provider, which it is your responsibility to pay. TBDialOut can only initiate calls - it is your responsibility to ensure that you disconnect the call.
