A restart of Thunderbird (128.8.1esr) after clearing the cache (from Help - Troubleshooting Information - Clear startup cache) has resolved the problem which I had with add-in V128.5.2 starting yesterday (no sync with Google calendar, no possibility to enter events on remote calendar, could not dismiss reminders). I did not have to update to Thunderbird 136, but had to re-authenticate with Google after restart, of course. I am so glad it works again !
