Nice add-on! Though, I would appreciate even more control in add-ons manager...

(a) choosing the default context menu item, so we can define what double-clicks do.
(b) ability to hide a button in general; to help get rid of clutter.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6.20110718.1-signed.1-signed).

That's a little beyond the purpose of this extension. However, you should be able to hide whatever you want with the userChrome.css file.
