Reviews for CookieKeeper by dkwalton

This is to add balance to my earlier review. CookieKeeper is an outstanding add-on. It covers conventional and LSO cookies and in this it is, as far as I know, unique. I find it invaluable.
Unfortunately it has not been updated for Firefox versions later than 49.0, but as noted earlier, it does work in Firefox 54.0 save for one annoying bug.

I use Cookie Keeper v1.9.3.1 with Firefox 54.0 on Windows 8.1Pro. When using the Cookie Keeper icon and selecting Remove All Cookies from the drop down menu I discovered that the unprotected cookies are not actually removed. (This used to not be the case on earlier versions of Firefox.) Only unless I open the Show Cookies Window and then select Remove All Cookies in the window does it actually remove all the unprotected cookies.
The same is true for the Tools-CookieKeeper drop down menu. Selecting Remove All Cookies from this menu does not remove any unprotected cookies.
I rebuilt my Firefox user profile from scratch recently to see if old profile might have been damaged somehow. I saved the cookies files cookiekeeper.json and cookies.sqlite from the old profile and then restored them to the new profile. This was to no avail. I also then restored earlier versions of these two files, still to no avail. Unprotected cookies are only removed when selecting Remove All Cookies from the Show All Cookies window in the new profile.
I would give this add-on 5 stars if it were not for this annoying bug.
