I have set the font color on accounts/identities and there I can see the font color. I have the theme on dark and then in in the folder pane and the thread pane all text are white. I have 4 accounts and had setting different colors for text and background. In the Message pane I can see the colors for text and background. In the other only the background color and the text in white.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (12.0).  This user has other reviews of this add-on.

Unfortunately, this problem is due to the way that the dark theme has been implemented. The text color is forced to white and overrides the colors applied by Account Colors.

It will take some time to investigate and may not be possible to fix.
