Review for Send Later by Ae4105-

Doesn't do what it says it does. You need to be online for it to work, which defeats the entire purpose of it and makes it essentially worthless on laptops.
It also isn't very transparent about telling you that you need to be online for it to work. Users coming over from Gmail's send later functionality will be confused, and end up sending mail at the wrong time.
A send later feature should be simple and baked into Thunderbird by default. It is a shame Thunderbird users need to rely on add-ons for core functionality like this.
It does what it claims to do.
The documentation, which is linked to all over the place and which you apparently did not bother to read, explains this limitation clearly.
It is literally impossible for a Thunderbird add-on to schedule messages to be sent when Thunderbird is offline in a way that is not detectable by the recipient and doesn't violate the privacy of the sender by uploading their message to a third-party server.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
