Further to my error report of 29 July, the detailed error message is as follows"

Incidentally, where on d-wise.com do I find the support pages / forum?

I don't have support pages for the addon on our web site, but I will answer emails. You can send them to d-wise.com using my first initial and last name before the at sign to compose my email address.
