I've found the download for the new .xpi file on GitHub at https://github.com/arivald/tbirdExt/blob/master/xpi%20archive/stationery-1.0.0.xpi so can be installed manually.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.0.2).  This user has a previous review of this add-on.
