The extension will not allow files to be uploaded. Is there a file name limit or a folder in box it must be linked too?

Works great, when it works. Having a problem with the extension timing out. If we have Thunderbird open for a few hours and try to link a file we get an error. If we quit the app and do everything the same, it uploads the second time. (same files, same email as we save it as a draft before quitting).
