I figured it out a flexible space, properly placed, fixed this most annoying of issues for me.
Revised. 20JUL2011OK adding a flexible space didn't work out so well. I need to make the new tab button NOT take up the whole unused area of the tab bar, and float to the left consistently so it stays over by the last tab. Anyone can help me out with this?
Revised. 20JUL2011 part two,
After developer assistance, issue fixed. Awesome theme!

Is there anyway to make the new tab button not take up the whole tab panel? This is very annoying as I normally click there to switch between windows and don't necessarily want to open a new tab.,

I love this theme, I modded the rdf file to try it out in TB and FF 5,... looks awesome, and would love to use it but, 2 small issues in FF5 and 1 small one in TB5. In TB: No activity icon seems to exist. In FF: One of my icons on the add-on bar at the bottom gets replaced with an icon with 3 big rows. At the top of the window, blocky end to the background. Please update both of these to v5 compatibility asap, would love to use them, but can't at this time due to small compatibility issues. If you need screen shots of my specific issue, I'd be happy to provide them.
