but who to Delete read items ?

You are the second one to ask for it.
This will be implemented in the same time as "starred" items (saved).

In fact you don't have to delete items.
The behavior is not the same as with other readers because it is designed to be lightweight.
Others readers store thousands of items and you have to delete them.
With this add-on items are automatically deleted once they no longer appear in the feed content.

You will be able to hide permanently an item in a future release.
