Nice, but would it be possible to add an option to remove the application from the alt+tab list, too?

You should change the text-shadow in the overlay.js file to be
text-shadow: 0px 0px 10px white, 0px 0px 10px white, 0px 0px 10px white, 0px 0px 10px white !important;
because with some background color it is difficult to see the menu items. This creates a larger glow effect.

Very nice extension! I will use this from now on. I only wish that it will be possible to launch interactive mode from the "list all tabs" button of FF.
