After every new start of Thunderbird 68.2 Google needs a login for accepting the contact with Provider für Google Kalender.

I have it on two computers, both with the newest 32-bit version. One works perfectly (5 stars), the other one doesn't show me the calenders of my google account (1 star). I need this app, please fix it!

Was perfect, but now it doesn't work anymore. I think it is a problem with the Google API. Yesterday I have updated TB on my Mac at home to the latest version 68.2. and immediately ran into problems with Google calendar and task syncing (authentication box, no sync). I therefore blocked the TB-Update on my second Mac in the office. On this machine I have TB 60.9.0. –> Same problem.

Was working prior to 68.2.0 now continually brings up google authentication box. When you unsubscribe to disable the debilitating window the add-on no longer finds any Google Calendars. Really disappointing as when it used to work it was a great add on.

After update Ubuntu from 19.04 to 19.10 in calendar repeatedly appear Google login dialog. Is impossible check stay logged. After login, communication between provider and Google API failed for write to calendar. Reading seems to be correct.

Doesn't work at all. After granting access to my Google accounts, the "add calendar" screen where you select which calendars to subscribe to fails to populate with anything.

It used to work like charm, but with the TB update 68.2, every time the "Sign in to your account" pops up. Even after login, appointment is not getting created and not getting sync with google calendar either.

Seems there are some issues with the newer versions of Thunderbird. It goes through the whole authentication and permissions process with Google OK, but mostly it does not give a list of calendars to choose from. Sometimes it does, sometime it doesn't. I did repeated installs and I guess it is something like less than 10% of the time it gives the list of calendars.
Once it does, it works just fine. I would give 5 stars for an add-on that I have used for years, but just 1 because of this problem.

I don't understand how this add-on is difficult to install and use for others. It worked for me on the first attempt, and I am no developer. The first two sentences under the Accessing your Calendar heading of the add-on's FAQ were enough to get me going. Setting up a mail account is far more complicated than installing and using this add-on!
I'm definitely keeping this add-on because it has given me no reason not to. It does what it's meant to do and does it well. It's compatible with TB 68.1.2, so kudos Philipp Kewisch for keeping it up-to-date, something I can hardly say for some of my favourite add-ons!

I cannot understand the bad reviews at all. I'm not a developer as well but I'm able to read better than the average yak and the instructions on the FAQ are absolutely foolproof and detailed.

I am not a developer. I have spent nearly an hour getting this addon installed and I still have no instruction on how to set it up to read my Lightning calendars on Google. There are clear instructions about bug reporting, which is worrying. but the same pages offer no clue on set up. Is this app for developers only?

I thought the calandar in Thunderbird would be useful, but I find I have to log in everytime I start Thunderbird. I have 3 different accounts that sync, and it's just time consuming and inconvenient to log in every time I use it. I believe I'm going to uninstall. If there was a single login that could be used for all accounts and work with Roboform, I would use it.

Not working with 60.8.0, even though it comes installed on Mint. No option to use google calendar.
