Don't install this add-on! It comes with an adware payload that adds banners and other ads to the web pages you are browsing! Look instead for IE View Lite, it's the same but without the adware!

I couldn't understand why Firefox was hanging while viewing an INTRANET webpage with only static HTML content. Then I saw the status bar saying 'waiting for superfish.com'. Took some time to find the source of this MALWARE. I had been using this for years. Never again.

This addon silently installed an adware called "WizeShoppy" (without my permission).

This ADD-ON contains aggresive Adware that displays Ads on other websites!
It seems that all ADD-ONS from this company are infected with Adware/Spyware.
P.s. The picture of the dev is just a stocksphoto that can be found on many other sites.

You should add in the main description that this addon invades and steals user's privacy info. Especially since it's enabled by default.

Since 2013, this plugin stealthily installs a price-comparison-crapware called "WizeShoppy".Use IE View Lite instead.

This is a regularly suggested add-on for my customers, along with a reminder to donate to those add-ons you treasure. However, this Price Comparison feature was quite embarrassing to deal with. My recommendation has now turned into a word of caution.
Sure the developer apologized for any misgivings and pointed out how easily the option can be turned off. But, now are we to trust this developer or Mozilla's watchdogs in the future. How is it that today's business brains consider this type of invasion good business sense? How is it that we are letting them get away with it? I recommend you not support anyone who advertises this way.

As the others reviews indicate it, since its version 1.5.3 or earlier, this addon injects ads in webpages that use jquery. This is done without the user consent, which shouldn't be tolerated by Mozilla. This addon seems to infrige at least two addons policies:- Do the add-on and add-on author both treat the user respectfully? (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/policies/submission)- Add-ons that make changes to web content in ways that are non-obvious or difficult to trace by their users (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/policies/reviews)IE-View Lite isn't translated, hence its smaller size. However, a new version duplicating the version 1.5.1 could be added to revert the users to the ads free version. In the mean time, the users can install that version 1.5.1 manually, the updates have already been disabled.

This add-on injects javascript (a simplified jquery) after witch it makes calls to the domain specified by Chris Bennet. Firstly if you plan to inject js, you should specify very clearly your intention (in my case my application that uses jquery engine stopped working). Second, Mozilla should remove such plugins that may cause fraud and exposure of personal data. NOT COOL!

This add-on turned out the be the source of "superfish.com" adware scripts that started executing on my browser. I disabled the add-on and am about to remove it from my computer. I suggest you do the same.

Used IE view for years, now they've introduced Adware in the form of WizeShoppy pop-ups in my browser, no thanks, good-bye IE view.! If you needed money, ask for a f'king donation, don't introduce spyware.

Used this for years until I noticed WizeShoppy windows appearing, did some research and traced it back to this. Way to violate your users' trust, new developer! Uninstalled.

Added malware/adware whatever you want to call it by backdoor method. No warning whatsoever. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! Now uninstalled and will never re-install it or ANY product by ppclick. Jerks. Make sure you click the ppclick link to the right to see all the developers add-ons that you will most likely want to avoid or uninstall.
