Google task won't show, but good things is Remember The Milk has a Google Calendar Sidebar Gadget: https://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/googlecalendar/sidebar/
The RTM Sidebar Gadget can be a great replacement for Google Task. And the best thing is it shows perfectly in Google Calendar Tab.
With the help of RTM's Sidebar Gadget, this addon becomes a killer addon for GTDer. Now I can see my emails, Google Calendar and Remember The Milk in 1 place.

Great add-on, simple and effective! The only issue is that the Google Tasks list next to the calendar is just blank. Fortunately, the tasks are shown correctly into the calendar itself.

Great Addon, but why doesn't it display the ToDo list right next to the calendar? There's just a white space.

Great fix for printing as Lighting doesn't allow you to print a daily calendar showing a full day of time. Just gives you a list of your daily appts. The printout that Google gives you for a daily calendar is what we are looking for.
For those with Thunderbird 7 issues, you can go and edit the install.rdf embedded in the install file using something like 7-zip. Change the <em:maxVersion>7.0.a1 to <em:maxVersion>7.0.* and then save and click yes to update the update archive pop up and then re-install.

Best Google Calendar App I know. Please make sure to provide the Update for Thunderbird 7 to make this Addon perfect.

Has not worked for me since the update to Thunderbird 7. Update is needed.
Before the update to v7, this addon worked great.

It is a very good extention. No more need of lighting or Google calendar extention. Just work in your agenda directly in the cloud! I would give it a 5 star rating if it had working Google tasks.
<br>BTW: I changed the version nr. as mentioned here and it works as a charm in the latest Thunderbird!

I changed the maximal version in the install.rdf to 7.*.*, then installed it. So far, it works fine.

Great plugin for Thunderbird, this replaced lightning on my computer because the latter was too buggy. I've been using this extension for around a year and did not experience any of the above problems (I'm using TB v3.1.9). This does just what it says.

Useless for me without tasks :(

This is pretty good. Calendar works just like in the browser. But without support for Tasks it really isn't quite there.
To the author: Please make this support Tasks and it would be great and super easy to use!

not pleased, I wrote the prior review "Thank you, Great Add-on" before I started running into problems. I have 3.1.9 of Thunderbird, don't know if other versions affected. Somehow in the sync with google calendar this app screws up something. I've now lost access to 2 newly created calendars in google. Google error message, "this calendar did not load" i.e. it's gone? Uninstalling before it breaks any other calendar. Hope you all have more luck.

Doesn't seem to work correctly in 3.1.8 ? Get only a few titles without the calendar and the notice "loading in process". Please help !
