An indispensable extension. Makes emailing web pages easy and efficient. Thank you for creating this. (I get the feeling Lazyrussian isn't lazy at all)
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.2.4).I'm actually quite lazy (or at least I think so) - as you can see, my laziness breeds these time-saving products. :)
Glad you like it!

This works great in my Firefox or Flock since I'm using Gmail account.
Here's my wishful thinking: Could you add a function that I can put an icon on browser's status bar below or launch bar above?
Thank you for your great work!! ^^
Scuba,
That option already exists. Go to View > Toolbars > Customize and drag the email this icon of your choice onto the launchbar.

Since I don't use Googlemail or Yahoo mail i'd like to be able to switch of those options in my all to cluttered menu. Could that be implemented? - Than i'll make it 5 Stars :)

Works great since firefox 3 doesn't handle Send Page very will with Yahoo Mail. Only problem is not support, yet, with New Yahoo Mail otherwise would have gotten 5 stars.

I've only used it a few times, but it seems to do what it was intended. It works very well with g-mail. I know a previous reviewer is using it to ween off from AOL. For the older folks, who live and die by AOL, is there an option for AOL (an add-on-to an add-on I guess) to make their computing a little simpler? Thanks for a nice add-on.

Everything works fine. Congratulations, very useful add on.
I regret only that I do not have any option for getting only Gmail This (just turn off any other stuff). Each time I have to "repair" your work.
"The highlighted-text will appear below the address/url"
Texts have never been below the address. It is a good idea except for having weird "----".

Any chance of adding these:
-open in same tab; instead of new one?
-disable unused commands?
or even disable the whole right-click menu and use the hotkeys only?

This DOES still work with the new Yahoo! Email and FireFox 3, but the instructions are wrong. I used this instead and it works fine now: compose.mail.yahoo.com/

This is a great tool because of its stability, and its amazing, never-fail, nearly-instantaneous load time

I really needed this extension. I use another extension, Webmail Compose, to work around the MailTo problems associated with the "new" Yahoo Mail Classic. Unfortunately, Webmail Compose somehow breaks the Send Link functionality in FF3.
Email This gives me back that functionality - thank you!
I initially had problems with the URL - the suggested format didn't work for me - I'm using the new Yahoo Classic on the us.mc302 server. I used "compose.mail.yahoo.com/" and that works great. Maybe this info will be helpful to other users.
A couple other minor issues specific to Yahoo Mail:
1) It would be great if this extension could insert the links, etc ABOVE my signature instead of below it.
2) It would be great if the links could be formated as LINKS instead of plain text.
Of course, I realize these are both problems with Yahoo Mail itself, not Email This. But perhaps the extension developer could implement workarounds for these in his code.
Thaks again for a very useful extension.

Great time saver! It wasn't compatible for a while and I realized how much I need it- kept checking for updates few times a day...If not the best extension, it certainly is in the Top 3.

I don\'t use yahoo!, seamonkey and others, I only needed the gmail option, without the additional popup menu. Here is how to easily change the context menu so that the last entry will simply be Gmail this (alt+G):\r\nGo to the extentsion directory (C:\\Documents and Settings\\$YourName$\\Application Data\\Mozilla\\Firefox\\Profiles\\q1gnqmvo.default\\extensions)\r\nand enter the GmailThis extension dir (probably gmailthis@lazyrussian.com)\r\nNow enter the \'chrome\' dir. There you will see the gmailthis.jar file, which is the compilation of the addon, but you don\'t have to be a programmer to change it, since it is a simple archive, that you can open with WinRar. (Use \"open with\" option, since it won\'t open by WinRar if you simply double-click it).\r\nNow when it is opened in WinRar, goto \'content\' dir, there you will see the emailthis.xul file. It has the definitions for the mouse context menu. Open drag and drop the file to,say, desktop and open in text editor. Go to the end of the file, find the popup id="contentAreaContextMenu" section. Now simply remove all that annoying menus, and slightly edit the context menu - just replace the hole menu up to it closing tag - with the following code: (replace the [ and ] brackets with less and more signs)
[popup id="contentAreaContextMenu"]
[menuitem id="emailthis-menu" insertafter="Properties" label="Gmail This!" command="emailthis-gmail" accesskey="g" key="emailthis-key-gmail" /]
[/popup]
Here you go !

what a great great future. when i came across a cool article in the past, i would have to copy the link into my browser then send it out. with this addon, with just a click of a button, the title of the article, date, and link is already there, saving me a few back and forth trips from gmail to article. yes, you can do the same with stumbleupon, but people sometimes ignore stumbleupon emails because they dont understand them. also, you can highlight text here, which you cant do with stumbleupon.

I use this bookmarklet several times a day, every day, for I think nearly two years now. I would be incommunicado without it. I cannot understand why it is not on the top of everybody's list, I am not kidding. I have never had a single glitch in the thousands of uses I've put it to. No, I am not the developer's mom. Best extension ever!
