I just used it to view an .mht file and worked perfectly.

Mighty useful addon. Easily the best addon to firefox.
Probably the best thing about it is that it doesn't lock up the browser while saving a page, as IE, maxthon, opera and others do.
It really doesn't deserve to be an experimental addon for so long.

great work. Should be moved from experimental to regular download.

Great addon that offers something that firefox should have by default. Having the ability to save web sites as mht allows saving a page as a complete file rather than having an html and accompanying folders with the images etc..
I just hope unmht adopts the "save as" dialog box integration that the MAF addon uses.

UnMHT does a much better job writing MHT files than Microsoft's own IE does. As an example, IE can't write an mht of support.microsoft.com/kb/xxxxxx. UnMHT handles the job just fine, and IE has no problem processing the file.
On several occasions I've encountered problems writing MHT files in IE, but unmht is up to the task.
Firefox has no problem reading the files with the extension loaded.

Works great! When can this go mainstream instead of "experimental"? Also, why does SoftPedia have a Paid "Full" version? My primary concern is that support for this extension may disappear leaving me unable to access the pages I've saved.

This is something I always looked for in add-ons section - finally somebody created it.
One more reason just added to use Firefox.

I left Firefox, and went to Opera, because FF did not have this ability.
Ideally FF (or someone) should build it into the 'Save As' menu.
This extension works perfectly (apart from the menu issue), and has me using FF 50% of the time now.
Thank you,
Rob

Great - had to open several 60+ page long .MHT files - did a near perfect job of rendering them. Excellent, if you need to deal with MHT archives!!
