It's a great add-on for downloading stuff. Very useful in case your browser or computer suddenly shuts down. When you come back to it, the progress it had before will still be there, which is really convenient. Unfortunately, with the release of Firefox Quantum, this add-on doesn't work with newer versions of Firefox. If you must use it, like I do, then I recommend getting an older version of Firefox, like 56.0.2 (which is the last version where it worked) and also using a separate profile for using the older version.

I have one download folder with different subfolders for videos, audio files, pictures, various text files (txtx, docx, odt, pdf...) and binaries (programs, installers, archives...)
Problem is, DtA! puts ALL files into ONE folder (i.e. the download folder) and I have to sort them manually, which can be tedious.

So is it possible to use filters to also sort downloaded files in different folders?
For instance: download .mp4/.mkv/.avi/.flv in "downloads\video", .mp3/.ogg/.wav in "downloads\audio",
.txt/.pdf/.docx/.odt files into "downloads\text", and .msi/.exe/.zip/.rar into "download\bin"?

I already tried to adjust the regex accordingly, but that didn't work.

File conflict dialog does not offer you to resume non pausable downloads. Not suitable for large file downloads in Google Drive.Meanwhile other download manager has offered resume using already existing download part.

It will go even faster by modifying some internal downloading settings

Was a really good addon and very convenient. However, recently it corrupts all the videos I download with this addon. Some videos would play for 20-30mins then get stuck and restart while some get prompts in VLC to reidex. When I download the same video without this addon, the videos play perfectly fine.

Unimpressed...I found myself neglecting this add-on in favor of the default downloading process.

DownThemAll is a very useful add-on as it can boost download speed noticeably. Very useful when downloading big files from a far away or a slow server. So far, it is pretty stable and I have no problems with it.

A download manager that loses the download if the machine is turned off is useless.

I've been using this add-on for the past few days ever since I switched to using Firefox for most of my browsing needs (still use chrome for a couple of sites) and not only has it meet my expectations it surpassed them to no end. I would suggest using this add-on when you want to batch download a lot of files because it does an awesome job at that.

Used this add-on way back with Firefox 3.5 and this is still one of the first add-ons that I install! Thank you!

The best in-browser download manager that one can have. It has automatic retries and much more. By downloading many segments at a time, rate limiting servers need not make us wait.

Было случайно нашел этк програмку и какого было мое удивление насколько он быстро скачивает, стоковые качалки браузеров вообще в сравнение не идут.

I've used DTA for years now - and as a person who regularly installs Operating System distros to try out - the first thing I get when running firefox is DownThemAll. No other extension leaves me feeling that something absolutely integral to FireFox's functionality is missing like the absence of DTA.

This is the add-on I would choose if I had to choose only one; no question.
