Fast response to fixing my problem! Works great.
----Original review
Works fine for the most part. It has stopped working on the main menubar on Mac OS X/Firefox ESR(TenFourFox 31.5.0) with all add-ons turned off. The main menu and all child menu items require the attribute 'hidden' to be set to true, simple fix. css has no effect on them.
Also if you would, please add the ability to create command keys like Keyconfig does.

I have a lot of add-ons installed, some of which add items on the context menu even though I don't need most of them on it. Thanks to this, I can organize the context menu the way I want it. The one problem I have is some context menu items and customizing their keyboard shortcut. I've been trying to customize the keyboard shortcut for Copy Link Location and Open New Private Tab (from the add-on Private Tab), but they don't work and won't save after exiting Firefox. When I try to add shortcuts to those, some items on the edit menu get reenabled, though the change isn't actually reflected on the context menu itself. But other than that, this is a great add-on!
EDIT: My bad, the problem I mentioned isn't actually a bug.

Fabulous addon Ole.
A donation has been made again. Hope your situation gets better.

Menu Wizard's 2.05 new option 'Hide icons in all menu items' works fine with the icons except when the icon is a check-mark for an on/off (e.g. 'Enabled') status of a function/extension.
For instance, in Tools/Greasemonkey there is a 'Enabled' label which is checked when Greasemonkey is active of course. The check-mark disappears when Menu Wizard option 'Hide icons in all menu items' is activated.
Hiding the menu icons has been tried with userstyles and lead to the same problem.
Otherwise, great add-on and everyday Firefox companion.
EDIT : I have never -- never -- seen a developer react as quickly as Oleksandr, menu Wizard's daddy : WOW! Here I call him SuperCoder faster than light. It's a bird, it's a plane, no it's SuperCoder! -- Of course, fast 'n' good : 2.06 resolves the problem stated by my comment...
Gosh, that was sooo fast :)
Thank for your report!
Please update to 2.06

А у меня не пошло как-то - то не все пункты есть, то не удаляет, то еще что-то... Хотя задумка отличная.

very good, the only thing it lacks is to move multiple items up and down in the list.
coloring most used menuitems speeds up my browsing experience and makes it less tedious and more enjoyable!
edit: the tiled view isn´t much slower than moving multiple items so i give this 5 stars.

it is in the work plan

Love this add-on. So far it's doing everything I want it to. A lot easier to use than the old Menu Editor add-on. Thanks!
