À Grand Martin, accelerometre is spelled accéléromètre in French. Not quite the same (you need the accents), or is this anonther Québec inconsistency?

I've installed this add-on and it still insists on me spelling colour as "color", it doesn't even recognize "recognise" What am I doing wrong?

Wonderful addon.
Though @Jason Dunn, accelerometre is a typo. "metre" only applies to the unit. You can probably blame Quebec for the lovely inconsistency, as accelerometre and similar are correct in French.

It's great that this got created - I applaud everyone involved in making it - but I'd love to see more Canadian spellings of words. I typically see problems in words that are partially made up of words with American spelling. "Accelerometer" for instance is flagged as a typo when spelled "Accelerometre".

It doesn't understand those abbreviation words, and doesn't support 3.1b3 but after all it is good.

@ Flippo:
You’ve provided the British spelling. Canadian English is somewhere between British and American. For example, “labour” and “colour” are correct Canadian spellings, as are “localization” and “realization.”

You spelled localisation wrong. That's the American spelling.
