Works great, just what I was looking for to make this as useable as chrome. Thanks! Just press the ALT key to show/hide the menu bar after installation, similar to IE8.

If you're unable to find the "Add to Firefox" button on Hide Menubar's page, access this link and select the last version. Not sure why we need to do it but works.

Its Nice, but you guys really need to fix it wit youtube.com . As i have to keep pressing the alt key for it to work!

An excellent plugin. The only thing I'm not sure if I like is that showing the menubar makes the content window shift downward and then back again. IMHO it would be slightly better if the vertical offset of the content window were adjusted -- I guess other people would find that disturbing though.

It's a very nice add-on if you only work with mouse while you browse the web. However, if you're a keyboard shortcut maniac, then this one is not for you. If you try to use Ctrl+L or Ctrl+K (the awesome bar and search bar) it will not work right after you press Alt to reveal the menubar.

Sweet! It is perfect for netbook screen. Better than TinyMenu that interfere with fullscreen mode.

I absolutely LOVED this add-on, probably the one thing that allows you the most free screen while preserving the access to most used brower functions.
1. Tip One: this is great to use with the Vista Aero skin. You have prompt management of your Favorites (for those who don't want to right-click or press tab).
2. IT WORKS IN FULL SCREEN!! (at least with the Vista Aero skin, haven't checked the others), that means no more browsing with the USELESS titlebar.

It worked at first but then when I would right-click all of the options disappeared. The only things that show now are Customize and Toolbar Properties. I uninstalled and then reinstalled, but nothing seems to work. I suppose it's probably a conflict with another add-on, but not sure.

It's really useful, specially if you don't use the menubar so much. It increases the free space on the screen (even if it is just a bit :) ). And also, it's useful to make Firefox look like Safari on Ubuntu with the Mac4Lin Theme! :)
